If you are a student from another European Union (EU) country studying in England, Northern Ireland or Wales, you apply for financial help towards your fees by sending an application form to the EU Customer Services Team.
When you register you will be prompted to create a Password and a Secret Answer to a question of your choice. You will need to use these details each time you access the Student Finance Direct online services or contact the Customer Support Office. It is important that you set these security details to something you are likely to remember.
Student Finance ni online services are available to students who normally live in Northern Ireland. As a continuing student you will already have the security details you need to login to your Student Finance ni online account. From your account you can apply for student support and maintain your account details.
