Brain It! is best played with 2 to 5 players. Mix up the brain cards. Give each player five brain cards. The remaining cards should go into a pile. The object of the game is to make matches of the same brain, for example, elephant brains. Players take turns asking other players for brain cards to complete their matches. The player who asks for a card must already have at least one card of the type requested.
